It is your responsibility to contact all applicable authorities and take all reasonable steps to protect your property from further damage.
To report a claim, please call CIA at 603-539-6700 and let us guide you through the claims process. Once the claim is reported to the appropriate insurance company a claims adjuster will contact you promptly.
Some companies are asking clients to report claims directly to a claim center. In that instance, we will advise accordingly.
